OEM(Original Equipment Manufactureing)?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturing and is a method that a purchaser plans to develop a product and requests a manufacturer to produce the product, and the manufacturer produces the product according to the demands of the purchaser.

01 Customer Consultation We introduce companies , exchange market information, and consult about a product concept.	02 Product Consultation We consult about a product in general, such as the type of product, its packaging and design. The customer provides the data of the product in general, including the compounding ratio of the product.	03 Price Consultation After discussing the product’s packaging type, quantity and transportation method, we present the price to be confirmed.	04 Test Production and Contract A contract is entered into specifying the product’s features.
05 Order Based on the contract, we receive an order and raw materials for production. The purchaser adjusts the production schedule by ordering in advance according to our regulations.	06 Production Production proceeds according to the production schedule, and we communicate with the customer about production-related matters such as production quantity.	07 Product Inspection After the products receive the quality inspection according to a certain period and method, only those products meeting quality assurance standards are passed. It normally takes one week after production (except refrigerated products).	08 Delivery We prepare the products to be shipped on the date specified by the orderer/customer.

ODM(Original Development Manufactureing)?

ODM stands for Original Development Manufacturing and is a production method that a purchaser totally commissions a manufacturer to produce a product including a plan and development of the product.

Private Brand (PB) means a self-branded product created by a distributor and is a method that manufactures products with the distributor’s trademark, brand, or distributor-led brand.
